SRG Promotion: Zachary Melnik

Zachary Melnik, AIA, has been promoted to Associate and has recently earned his Washington State architecture licensure. Since joining SRG Partnership in 2019, Zachary’s curious, thoughtful, and detail-oriented approach to design has made him a key member of successful project teams. He had an integral design leadership role on the University of Washington Softball Performance Center from conception to completion. He has contributed to the University of Washington Behavioral Health Teaching Facility and is now working on the Tacoma Behavioral Health Hospital for Signature Healthcare, which is currently under construction. He’s also actively involved in firm JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion) initiatives, crafting Just Label policies, and pushing for sustainability innovations as Chair of SRG’s Sustainability Committee. By asking deep questions, he seeks to improve the way teams collaborate and achieve project goals. Zachary earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.
