Both the Karl Miller Center of Portland State University and the Knight Cancer Research Building of Oregon Health & Sciences University have been recognized with 2019 Engineering Excellence Honor Awards by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Oregon. Submitted by our partners, Catena Consulting Engineers, both projects were praised for their innovative approaches.

ACEC of Oregon singled out the Karl Miller Center for its "advanced geotechnical in-situ testing techniques," and the Knight Cancer Research Building for its "creativity and a keen eye toward lasting function and cost-efficiency."
